Central Perk

Yes, ‘that’ Central Perk. Complete with oversized sofa, armchairs, plasma screens showing ‘The One Where You’re Supposed To Be In’ (if that isn’t too meta), this is a franchise with just enough charm to sort of pull it off.

The original cafe on Hatton Gardens was joined by another on Bold Street and an outlet in Chester to boot.

Not that it’s anywhere near as fun as the one build on the soundstage in LA. Still, it’s a snug spot, deep in the student-hall quarter of town, with good coffees, sandwiches and cakes.
