Probably the most bonkers pub in Liverpool, Peter Kavanagh’s – or ‘PK’s to locals – is at the far extremes of the city centre – and the Georgian Quarter; a good mile’s walk from the city centre, but well worth the walk or cab ride along Liverpool’s Georgian streets.
Choose between a snug at the front of the building, a small bar area or a large room with TVs, pianos and transistor radios strung from the ceiling. Yes, really – PK’s is just that sort of pub.
There’s always an excellent choice of local ales from the likes of Liverpool Craft and Liverpool Organic breweries and the old-fashioned pub experience makes Peter Kavanagh’s a real delight.
